This device is used to test pneumatic storage containers.  Filling a container with a fluid rather than a gas eliminates the possibility of explosion.  It also allows us to test at very high pressures and easily measure and monitor leaks and tank stretch.  The on board data logger allow us to record the tanks performance and later graph into verification documentation.  It's mounted on a portable chassis that can be carried or hoisted to the tanks location eliminating the need to even remove the test subject.
